Intro to Catamarans – Catamarans are known for their exciting speed. Learn correct multihull handling technique, from tacking and jibing to flying a hull and righting after a capsize. Expect to get wet! This is not a beginner’s course in sailing. It is a secondary level for those who already know how to sail and seek a new challenge. It picks up where Sailing Two leaves off. This 1-week course progresses from single sail RS 14s to sloop rigged RS-16. For ages 10 – 16. Crews divided by age.
