Classes and Lessons
Classes are held rain or shine. We still go out on the water in light to moderate rain but we will not sail in storms or lightning. If sailing is not possible, course curriculum will be worked on under cover. Make up classes are not available for the Junior Program.
Cancellations and refunds are subject to a fee of 5% (to recover credit card processing fees). There is no charge to switch classes up to 10 days prior to the start date of the class. Refunds are available (minus 5% card fee) up to 14 days before the class start date.
Rentals
If a customer cancels at least 24 hours prior to the reservation, a full refund will be provided. If a customer does not show up for the scheduled rental, then no refund will be given. If we must cancel due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be given. A reservation will be held for 15 minutes at which point we may offer the rental to another customer. If another customer accepts the rental, you will receive a full refund.
